I just got my insurance card and it states i have a 2013 hypermotard... i know technically this is true just making sure it shouldn't say hyperstrada.

Stradista's, Got a problem. Just received a renewal quote on my annual insurance premium. It doubled, from ~$330 to $650. The agent said they had insufficient data on the bike the previous year and some other blah, blah, blah. So, this was my surprise after one year with the bike...

Just wondering for comparison sakes, what you're paying for insurance. Which insurance company is the cheapest. I'm in my mid 40's and paying a Dual bike policy with Hastings Direct £270 for my hyper fully comp, this also covers my VFR 400 fully comp. (which I don't think is too bad).

Just got my insurance straightened out today. I am a bit shocked with the rate. I am hoping it will go down once the bike get properly setup in their "system". I currently have a 2012 BMW K1600GTL (a $26,000 motorcycle) and my cost is $360 annually. My new 2013 Ducati HS (a $13,000 motorcycle)...
