Does anyone know why there are two types of locks available for the Hyperstrada luggage (panniers)?
Specifically, the 59840401A and the 59840471A:
The 59840401A lock is taller and does not appear to come with a key.
The 59840471A lock comes with two small keys and is shorter.

Anyone want/need some bags from a 2016 Hyperstrada? I am moving over to hard cases, so I don't need the original bags. I've got them on Craigslist right now in the SF Bay area. $300.

This has been used, however it is in excellent condition, and shows no significant signs of wear. As stated it's a direct bolt on for both the Multi 1200 and the Hyperstrada.
Here is a link to the actual item...

My first impression was that the bike seemed quite small. Note that I am 6'-3", 200 lbs. When I sat on the bike I felt that I was very close to the...
I note that three (3) seat heights are specified. Does this mean that the one seat is adjustable to three different height settings, or does it imply three different seat options. Obviously, I hope the former!
Next, in some pix I have noted a tubular strut or bracket (cannot think of a...
