Does anyone know how to take off the exhaust silencer? I only see two attachment points... one single bolt holding on the upper part of the silencer, and then a compression ring with a nut on it where the silencer connects to the exhaust pipe/header coming from the engine. I loosened that bolt...

Looks like it's held in by rivets or something. No screws. Anyone have any idea how to get it out of there?
