tampered

Hi all, It's safe to say i have to spend a huge wad of cash on this. ): While at work yesterday, some F*** just took the liberty to move my bike even with the steering lock engaged. Now, i have an issue with it; i simply cant lock the steering anymore. I wonder if anyone here can help...
