OK, good. I had just reflashed the ECU, I was worried there was a bug causing a motor to run, or something. Thanks everyone!

Maybe a light plastic polish. I would guess polishing compound would be too aggressive, rubbing compound more so.

It's unmarked, nobody would know if it's anti-theft.

Not noticed this noise before? Repeats every 2min 20 seconds, +/-5 seconds. Happens key in or out, kill switch on or off. I can't test it with the key in lock position as the bike is on the center stand right now. Is this normal?

The Atlas sounds fiddly, rather fragile, rather sensitive (to setup and wear). Not sure I want to take a chance on it. I did pick up a crampbuster-like thing for $3. Seems to be working well, but it's not quite the solution I was hoping for.

How did the Atlas work out? I can't get a Kaoko, the Atlas may be my next best option.

Kaoko just sent me this: "We confirm that DUC135 will only fit the 939 Hyperstrada with the 14.3mm ID(internal diameter) bars. " My bars are 22mm O.D. all through (no taper) and 18mm I.D.: So if anyone has 22mm O.D. bars, the Kaoko will almost certainly not fit. Maybe I should give up and...

If the Kaoko doesn't fit, I'd be interested in buying a printed version from you. I don't have access to a printer myself. I have a past owner that says the Kaoko does / did fit the Hyper 939 with the 22mm bars, so I don't know who's right.

I could not figure out step 4 - pulling just the top towards me did not work. So I did a video. The video makes it look easy, but the first time was more difficult than one would expect.

Kaoko forwards North American orders to Twisted Throttle, but they don't have the DUC135 in stock. I guess we'll see what happens.

I wasn't able to find a source for the Kaoko in North America.

The scoop in the stock seat makes me unhappy, looking for options. Also a Kaoko throttle lock for a '16 Hyperstrada 939.

I tried to contact Rexxer - nothing yet. Can't see to buy anything at their online store either. [Edit]: Should have said Rexxer Canada. Haven't contacted Rexxer EU or USA yet.
