The Eldor coils are physically identical so far as I know (mine were from an Aprilia V4), but because they come with varying cable lengths I'd expect they would have different part numbers. Easy enough job to re-terminate the Aprilia versions to suit the Ducati connectors.

Given your battery is actually healthy and can deliver the amps rather than just registering 12v, it could be you have the next Hyper problem; the useless starter motor. Well done! I used CF tail pieces and it was a pretty easy mod and makes the tail look much more sexy compared with all the hardware that was on it before that I wasn't intending to use. The other aspects of the 'Strada suit me better than a 'Motard would, I'm pretty sure. Nick
