2014 Hyperstrada ECU Flash problem?

Hey guy's I just got my wife's bike's ECU flashed by Motowheels using the Rexxer software. After putting it all back together went to start it up and it idles fine but there is no Throttle control at all... When I give it some gas nothing happens... Any ideas where to start or did anyone else have this issue after ECU remapping?
Thanks for any help

Maybe have them run the throttle re-learning procedure. There is "handle relearning" and "throttle relearning" where they can reset the 0 and 100% values of the throttle grip and the throttle body position sensors. Good luck.

Does this have to be done at a Dealer or can other shops take care of it?
Thanks.

did you do a TPS reset ?
if not, this is exactly the behaviour which occurs.

after flashing ECU always resetting of TPS has to be done.

Can be done with Ducati diag computer at your Ducati dealer or by yourself with some private/free diagnostic tools like jpdiag, guzzidiag. I personally do it with my Rexxer Evo box.
But, whoever flashed ECU without resetting TPS afterwords has no clue whats he doing.
They did not have the whole bike, just the ECU. I talked to a couple of shops and they said the same thing about the TPS reset... So I now just need to load up the bike and take it to them. Hopefully that's it. Will keep you updated.
Thanks guy's.

It's fixed. Just needed to have the Throttle Adaptive reset.

congratulation - small thing big result

actually it's no adaptive reset, its a simple reset/calibration, to tell ecu which position is zero, which gets lost at flashing.
for security reasons ecu tells motor not to rev when it does not know at which position throttle is.

Just wanted to give an update... All is well after a small glitch with the ECU flash.
All I can say is "Wow" this little bike is now an animal, it has more power throughout the entire rev range and torque, with no hiccups at all.
I am going to have it Dyno-tuned and will report back.
I have removed/blocked the SAIR and Vacuum canister, also installed an K&N Air Filter and Akrapovic exhaust with Cat-Removed.
