Adjustable foot pegs?

I'd be interested in this as well. I can barely reach the rear brake when I'm stopped, as I have to shift a cheek off the left side, and an inch up would make a huge difference.
ETA - anyone try these? They're not pretty, but they seem like a decent solution.

I have these on my Multistrada and have a pair I am going to install on the Hyperstrada.

They have two positions so you can lower them a little bit. I really like them.
From the above link "Height can be lowered 15mm from stock position" Yes they do have a high and low position that you can set them to.

I don't see any extra mounting positions, only with or without the rubber insert. That's a lot of money for something that looks pretty much the same as stock.
Those offset pegs at slingshot are listed as passenger pegs, since they would make it tough to reach the shift and brake levers!
