Anyone have a wiring diagram for wires behind headlight?

Have a gear indicator I need to wire, but not sure which wires on the bike to connect the RPM and Speedo data wires to from the gear indicator. The gear indicator has 4 wires that need to be connected: power, ground, rpm, and speedo. Can anyone help tell me where I wire the rpm and speedo wires to? I'm guessing these wires are somewhere behind the headlight/below the dashboard, but I have no idea which ones they are.

Would REALLY appreciate any help! Thanks!

According to what I can tell from the wiring diagram, the instrument panel is CANbus driven, meaning there aren't independent lines for tach and speedo, it's a digital feed from the ECU.

Thanks! But if that's the case, how in the world can I wire the gear indicator?

Which one did you get? The Healtech DS model plugs into the diagnostic port and would be the way I'd go if I were doing that.

I didn't like how small the DS model was. I got the GPT GT 3001 model. It's a universal application and just has the 4 wires coming out of it to connect to the bike.

Hmm. Tapping into the front ABS wheel speed sensor might work, but I'm at a loss for where you'd pick up a tach signal.
