Working in Singapore for a few months, so decided to book a guided tour and hire a bike for a 6day tour in April going from KL to Redang Island and back to KL can't wait, basically a chance of a lifetime opportunity.
Anybody been on this Island before? Pictures look fantastic. :D:cool:

welcome to malaysia, redang island is one of the best island in Malaysia. I've been there several times and totally in love with the island.

As for the riding part, it is a 467 km of wonderful journey through interstate road and highways.

As for the communication part, majority of the people here can understand simple daily english as it is taught as second language in Malaysia

I've been to Malaysia a couple times, once for F1, another to Penang island. I've been meaning to ride Malaysia but as of yet have not made it down. I've been focused more on getting into Burma before it gets to modernized. Anyway, over the last 24 months, I've spent 10 of them touring Thailand, Cambodia and Laos on my CB500X. 24,000 kilometers. SE Asia is fantastic for moto Touring and I've heard Malaysia's roads are particularly good, definitely the opposite of Laos and Cambo. Have a blast and post some pics.

A few years ago I rented a XR250 Baja and rode around Sri Lanka solo. Time of my life.

Not long now. Landed in Singapore yesterday, here working for the next four weeks and then fly to Kuala Lumpur for the tour. It's going to be a long four weeks. Be riding with a small group of Aussie's so should be a laugh.
