Call back on HS in Belgium (Europe? RotW?)

While having my fair bit of troubles on the bike (2 weeks in the garage, still haven't found the problem)
(see: http://hyperstrada.com/mechanical-technical/2174-bike-decided-stop-working-autobahn.html), my dealer said I would receive a call back letter from Ducati telling the throttle control/wires need to be replaced.
Don't know how important, but I have a December '13 Hyperstrada.

I didn't really notice problems with the throttle control. Look at the above mentioned topic for what I did experience.

I saw someone else mentionining the call back in another topic. He was from the States if I remember correctly.
