Exhaust Choice

You guys should check out the Remus exhaust it looks cool and I think adds about 5 HP to the wheel.

I've lost count of how many people incl. other bikers have said my Hyper sounds awesome and if it was a standard exhaust, because they had never heard a stock exhaust that loud before.

IMHO the lines of the Arrow X-kone are really nice. I don't need louder than stock, but I would be glad to lose some weight. The Termi is quite heavy and for me the Arrow X looks even better.... just my opinion.

This bike sounds awesome from the get go....why spend money on an exhaust?

I agree, but according do my Ducati dealer the engine gets smoother around 3k-4k revs with the termignoni which include a remap and filters.

If you want a little more sound in the low rev,have a look at the thread about "butterfly-parameters removal" it's a free mod.

Why do I want to change for louder than stock ?

Not talking so much about the congestion as I don't ride in Saigon. But its the mentality and road rules here that suck.
A few more DB's and aggressive sound almost clears the way for you
Forget using the horn as everyone else is doing that.

But I totally agree in that the stock exhaust for "normal" road usage is pretty damn good.
