Flashing Red Light

Hi, I picked up my Hyperstrada today and absolutely love it. I'm a short guy, but the weight is so well balanced, I had no concerns at all, even on the ball of one foot!

Clutch is a bit on/off though! Nearly colossally embarrassed myself leaving the dealers

I do have one issue, for which I would be grateful for your help. When I stop the bike, switch the engine off, the 'over rev' red light in the centre of the dash continues to flash; it is still doing so now in my garage. Any ideas what this might be?

It warns potential thieves that it's a "chipped" bike, i.e. if they steal it they can't hotwire it. Yes, it will blink for about half a day or so - completely normal.

The "traction control" light doubles as the anti theft/immobilizer light when the bike is shut off. It continues to blink for quite some time, then it shuts off. The system is still activated, but it just doesn't blink.

It'll blink faster for the first 24 hours then slower after that until the key is cycled again. No need to worry.
