Givi and multistrada plate

Hi

I just ordered a red hyperstrada and asked the dealer to attach the support brackets and the multi plate, so i can attach a Givi monokey top case.

I was certain based on what i have read here that this would work until the dealer said "i have no idea" can i just confirm that the multi base plate will fit the hyper with the support brackets and that a Givi monokey case will fit the multi baseplate.

I know this is the case but just need to mitigate my anxiety.

Yes, the multi base will fit the hyperstrada. If you plan to put a top case on there, however, I would get the Givi plate made for the hyperstrada. There has been a case where the rear grab bar has cracked under the weight of a top case. The one designed for the hyperstrada has support bars added to the plate.

Thanks Peoples, I read that thread by HyperEA, and, his solution where i got the idea to use the hyper brackets and multi base.

The Givi kit is $250 here in Australia for the plate and support but i was able to get the ducati dealer to include the ducati setup.

I got one of these as soon as they had one in stock.
Givi SRA7403 Top Case Rack Ducati Hyperstrada - RevZilla

Comes with the support arms, and is very high quality. No need to use a plastiv plate either (when using a givi case).
