Tards,

My '13 dash has developed quite a haze and crazing over the years. While it looks like plexiglass, almost feels like there may be a film protector top layer. Looks like I can use wax or polish but wanted to check with the group first.

I have not tried anything but i wonder if the same principle used by those kits that remove haze from plastic headlights would apply to the dash?

Right, which is basically sanding and rubbing compound. I'm just worried if it's like a laminate or soft plastic film.

I believe it's just a plastic with texture. I would try some plastx or clear plastic cleaner by meguiars (not the plastic polish).

So happy about this thread. I just shined mine up with a SIMONIZ Headlight Restoration Kit. Looks better than new.

I dismantled the front of the bike to do the polishing with the dash off the bike. Not sure that was necessary, but worth the results.

Those that have polished their dash back out, can you share pics of before and after or juts after pics of that all you have please

That came out great. I have been using the glass display covers(like cell phone covers) buy will need to do this eventually

Definitely - did you tape off the outside edge during the process or just start sanding?
Didn't tape off the edges. Next time, I will try to do the polish without removing the dash from the bike, and only remove the DP Carbon windscreen. Hopefully not for a couple of years.
