How to get access to 950 Hyper workshop manuals. Need torque settings.

How to get workshop manuals and torque settings. Just broke a bolt on swing arm. Thing its just there to cover hole. Easy out required And new bolt.
Will be more careful next time.

Nothing to do with what I have shown in my picture. Will be ordering a new bolt from Ducati and not tighten much at all for now. The bolt is broken of and remains in the shaft that goes thru the swing arm. Hoping my local workshop will be able to easy out the broken bolt remaining in the shaft. The bolt is lightweight crap alloy. Torque is probably finger tight. Will have to be more careful next time.
