The parent company of KTM, Pierer Mobility, has acquired a 25.1% ownership stake in the Italian manufacturer MV Agusta.

In their announcement, Pierer Mobility will take over the supply chain and purchasing for MV Agusta, and KTM will take over distribution for MV Agusta motorcycles in the USA and other markets.

Pierer Mobility currently owns KTM, Husqvarna, Husaberg, and GasGas.

Not so much interested in who owns what, but I guess the pic is of MV's triple-powered version of a HS/MS equivalent. If only Ducati could produce an MS with such elegant style I'd be interested, 'cos the current MS looks more like a startled horse to me! Not that I could/would afford a new bike and certainly not one as bulky as the MS.
