Lightened Flywheel and Pulleys

That's a nice package. It doesn't look like that big of a price cut for all pieces together but I didn't price everything individually, just the flywheel €188 and non adjustable light weight pulley gears €188. The pieces look like Kbike pieces. I have a light weight flywheel on my 821 and am very happy with the results of it. It would be one of the top mods to domin my opinion. If it's time for a belt then why not buy the kit and do it up big.

I'm thinking of getting a lightweight flywheel for my 821 but wasn't sure what weight to go for. I think the KBike one is 800g. What flywheel did you end up using?

Yes. It revs alot quicker and turns in easier due to the reduced gyroscopic effect. Makes the bike very snappy. There are people out there running no flywheel at all but have issues with idling and taking off from a stop(so naturally stop n go traffic would need a bit more focus). I don't feel any negative impacts with my flywheel. I cut my OEM flywheel down to 735g. Stock is 974g. When I pull it apart I intend on cutting more out of it. The hyperstrada has an even heavier flywheel. Heavier flywheel make the motor smoother but slower to respond to turning inputs and throtle input. I don't have any issues with idling or city traffic with the weight I have. The bike pulls harder and is very snappy on both throtle input and turning.

If you get one make sure it's steel and not aluminum. There are a hand full of people that had aluminum flywheels come apart on them at the splines over time I'm a day to day life. If it's a track bike then aluminum is ok.
