Hi all,

unfortunately my ducati went off the road to dealer shop for fixing parts upon the warranty.

**I know that this is more a q for a dealer, but I want to make sure what the others experience are before I go even further.

Does anyone has been waiting that long for to get bike back? Does anyone climb a compensatory bike for this period of time?

Thanks a lot.

I waited 2.5 weeks for service/warranty work when mine went in (starter motor too..). No courtesy bike, luckily I have others myself else I might have made more of a fuss. I think they said it's not Ducati policy to provide a courtesy bike, so it's down to the shop themselves.

I wasn't impressed with Ducti service overall. Pretty sure I read somewhere they're supposed to clean the bike as part of the service. Was it clean when I got it back? Was it ****...

Your story is the same one as mine actually :( did u try to ask for compensatory bike while was ur fixing?

it depends on the dealer, not on the bike vendor ;)

Actually yes and no. Ducati has provided very good service for they new customers comparing the others. Today I found a quote in the warranty contract that any reasonable compensatory for your losses is covered too. I had a call to my service department afternoon which is working on my case and asked them about compensation bike to use for my daily driving to work and back. Well it sounded as it's going to happen, finger crossed and hopefully it comes out.

Well my latest update: Today I got a call from my service that they have a temp bike for me. 2015 Multistrada, this beast is so huge!

So surprisingly good customer service Ducati
