Hello people
I've just got back into biking after a 7year absence thanks to my wife who surprised me with a hyperstrada (Christmas/birthday) present .
I'm from the UK so the weather has been a bit miserable of late so haven't really had much time on the bike . ( the bike was used but from a main dealer)
On my 3rd outing the bike broke down on me and is back at main dealer as I write( throttle replacement) so I'm looking forward to better weather next year to get some miles ticked off.

Welcome to the club! Your wife sounds like a keeper - heck of a nice present. Don't worry about the throttle, it's a known issue and now you'll have the good one. I think you'll find the Hyperstrada is a ton of fun and a practical ride as well.

She did what?? didn't know that could even happen... Best of luck on your new ride, once weather clears. She is brilliant, and especially so on the smaller tight and twisty roads, the kind you have lots of in UK...

Crikey Deano, somebody was a good boy this year!!!

The Mrs is originally from Chatham so I'll keep an eye out for you on our regular visits to the old hood and Rochester. Enjoy mate, this is honestly one of the best bikes I've ever had, I'm sure you'll love it once your issues are sorted.
