this box is in great conditions and it was only used for a roundtrip from south Florida to Tennessee. the outside is in great conditions and the inside has some wear marks but nothing serious.
the bag has a pad for the passenger to use as a back support, it worked great for my girlfriend who has a lower back herniated disc
it comes with all the hardware, the waterproof bag, luggage rack that attaches to the rail and support bars.
