I did a Google search of the image. It's on SC-Project's "test bike" they used ot build/model their exhuast. You may be able to contact them and ask which model it was. My guess is that it may be a "proto-type" fender eliminator that they build while they were designing their exhaust because I can't find any that look the same; although many are close.
