Has anyone tried this screen yet?

Thanks for any input.

Fabbri GEN-X Touring Screen, Ducati Hypermotard/Hyperstrada 821

Looking good!

Higher than Ducati original touring screen(only available in smoked)

But only available in clear.

Appreciate inputs...

2013 hyperstrada with 3700 miles on it... bought it 3 weeks ago from dealer with 1,756 miles...

I need a larger windscreen to help with the boxing battle I enter into every time I get above 60mph (I am 6'2"). Is the ducati touring screen good enough for me or do I need to wait for other companies to release better ones?

You got 3 touring screens and 1 "sport" screen (MRA) already - what do you want to wai for? Just try one of these.

Just ordered Laminar Lip for mine. Have read positive feed back on this product. I do enjoy riding on smaller back roads with no screen though. You can actually here the bike.

I returned the Ducati touring screen after just a few rides. It was too close to my face for sporty canyon riding. I hit my helmet on the screen more than once.

Ha ha "boxing battle" describes perfectly my '95 Triumph Trophy 3. It made my head bob and weave constantly. I tried a taller screen from Gustaffson in Florida; it was worse. My wife thought I was doing it on purpose! And Nate is right, you need to keep your weight forward to make it steer so the bigger screen really gets in the way.

Laminar Lip. Seriously. Or no screen at all.

Puig will release their screen for the hyperstrada in July. I just got an email from them yesterday about this.

I've had the Ducati touring screen on since new and love it. Decent coverage and no negative issues at all. No buffeting and definitely haven't hit my helmet on it. I like it.
