Curious what temp your strada runs at. Mine tends to be at around 70C highway and up to 90C in traffic. Is it getting too hot?

Here in Bangkok, I'm running around 103-106 degrees in town, and down to around 90 on open roads.

what he said, here in manila. so you're in good shape. what really bothers me when stuck in heavy traffic is the aluminum sub frame heating up, cooking my inner thighs

Here in Spain about 100 Cº in town and 70-80 Cº on open roads. This in winter of course, next summer I will see.

Thats all nml, the Monster 1100Evo Air Cooled goes up to 135 degrees and still running strong!:)

highest was 105. stuck in non/slow moving traffic.

Found a gap and rode off fast! Normal temperature is between 90-100

Using 21 Celsius as a ballpark average outdoor temperature, mine will usually be between 100 - 105 in heavy, stop and go traffic. On the open road, it will be 75-80 or so. Interestingly, I find my clutch action is better when the engine temp is below 100. Above that, and I start getting a vague feeling. Anyone else experience that?

Same here, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

103 - 105 Celsius in city traffic, 90 or so on the road.

Hot Hyperstrada

In Bangkok my Hyperstada runs 90 Deg C+ on highway, 102-105 in traffic. Problem is when I am stuck in traffic it gets so hot my thighs almost get burned. Being stuck in traffic is really no fun on this bike. I am wearing normal weight jeans and boots. Does anybody have any suggestions?

We are just finishing up Winter in South Africa, I have not had my bike through the 35 degree summer days yet, so far it seems to tally with the above.

welcome to the Ducati world, for this problem there is no real solution maybe you can try leather pants;) sorry!

Have the same problem when stuck in traffic. In the area just below the seat and tank the temperature gets to searing temps. Also just wearing jeans. Learned to position my leg away from the area as best I can.

Tuned in to see what others are seeing. Mine seems to run in the upper 100F like 185F or so on the open road and 200F up to about 225F in traffic.

So I guess this would be about 93C to 100C.

That sure seems hot to me as my 14 MultiStrada runs much cooler.
