Hi Guys
I have a problem with my Hypermotard 821 2014.
The bike have a rough idle and popp's/bangs at idle. At 6500rpm it feels like it's only run at one cylinder. These symptom's are only there when the bike is hot.
What I exchanged:
Sparkplugs and coils
Lambdasensor
map sensor
Injectors
what i checked:
Valve clearance (not perfect but in spec)
Clutch switch
Sidestand switch
Exhaust valve
Exhaust header (was cracked)
Air leaks
Compression
use melcodiag but the bike has no faultcodes but what i noticed when i looking for the TPS sensor's that the Horizontal is at 4 and the vertikal is at 11.
I switch the TPS sensor's but its still the same
Maybe someone has the same problem?
