Well I'll answer my own question: I thnk theses are the ticket and are the same part number for KTM and BMW: BOLT F. BRAKE PADS 90113017000. They're about $9.00 each, come with a retaining clip, and look right. They seem to have a protective finish of some sort. Haven't put them on the bike...
