Replacement lock barrel

I've bought a Ducati top case, but like a few others on here, I'm missing the spare lock barrel that should have been supplied with the bike. Has anyone been able to track down replacements from anywhere ?

My local dealer can only supply a full lock set, including the ignition and seat, at over £240 !

That sucks. I have a spare barrel in a bag of swag from when I bought new. Should have come with the bike.
