530 chain conversion - possible?

So I happened to get my hands on a few 530 x-ring chains for pennies on the dollar. I was hoping there were bolt-on parts to make a 530 chain work on the 'strada.

I know most people like to downsize chains for "quicker acceleration", but I would much rather have a long lifespan from a beefier chain. If I can't make the chains work, I'll just sell them.

How many miles do you have on your chain at the moment, is due for replacing? you would ideally need to replace the sprockets too.

Yeah I have 9k on it now. I'm nowhere even close to replacing it yet, since I lube it every tank of gas. I just wanted to see if anyone else has attempted it yet, since I already have the chains. Sprockets are no big deal, I'm assuming the ones off the multi's can be swapped in, but I'm not positive.
