Well the Multistrada rack fits the Hyperstrada. Here are a few pictures of the AltRider tail rack

I'll be doggone! Found it in my junk in the garage, bolted right up! I pulled it off my Multi12 before selling the bike, thought I would build a mount in the future for some bike, never thought it would bolt right up to a different one!
This is my 36L Givi, think the Duc one is 31L. I have 3 holes drilled so I can move the topcase forward or back, this is the front mount, or stock from Alt_rider.
P.S. Okay, looks like they changed it some, mine was one of the first batch (2010 Multi12) and the topcase was too close for 2up, I had to move the mounts back about 2-1/2" IIRC.

Speaking of ALT rider
I'll post this over here as well.
This is Multistrada 1200 parts obviously because no one currently lists parts for the Hyperstrada. Well they fit as I suspected and I’m glad for it!
I will probably do the radiator guard and tail rack next.

quick question, dose the plate have a reinforcing equipment. I know the givi racks have a extra piece to reinforce the stock grab rails. I ask as I know one member did not install the extra bar and ended up breaking the stock rails

I bought the one for the Multistrada and it did not come with any reinforcing. I don't carry a lot of weight in my tail bag so I don't expect problems.

Were you able to install the pump guard with out coolant loss? I have been debating if I should put a pump guard on and remove the frame slider. I don't like the looks of the frame slider.

the guard fits over the top of the original pump housing, you don't have to remove all the securing bolts, so providing the bike is cool and no pressure in the system, there shouldn't be any coolant loss.
Anyone using Hepco rack for Multi12 on HS?
The gap between seat & rack seem closer & tighter.
It may or may not be able to remove seat after installing rack & top case.
