It's aluminum so it very well may snap if when you try to bend it back. If the arm isn't bent you could probably drill the bent bit out and find something aftermarket to bolt in there.

I've had this same kind of bend on mine. As said, it is aluminum and just trying to straightening will likely break it.
The one thing I found, after replacing the entire pedal with an original part ($160 or so) is that the tip rotates, which means that, if it doesn't bother you how it looks, you could rotate it 90 or -90 degrees so that your feet has more contact while braking.

I used heat and large vice grips to slowly bend the tip back more than once. Just the tip.
Ive also drilled a broken tip out, mounted a bolt and lock nut, wrapped with rubber tape and ran for months that way

I will caution you about the rear brake pivot bolt (large one). I had 2 drops on the right side, both damaging the brake lever. Last time I removed the lever, I noticed this bolt is stripped. The receiver in the sub-frame is soft aluminum. I can get a little bite but it wobbles if I pull on it.

Not had a drop on my bike but noticed the pivot bolt loose (wobble), went to nip it up and it stripped!! I drilled and tapped it and helicoiled it.
Been fine since.

I was able to get it pretty straight with a torch and some banging.
Looks like it might be weaker, so thinking about future replacement, but not a full rear-set.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a non-OEM set of brake and shifters? CNC aluminium?

I put woodcraft folding tips on both my pedals this winter. I removed the rubber, from the tips used the pressed section near the lever as a guide and sawed off the tip. I then drilled an appropriate sized hole in the remaining part of the tip that goes through the lever and bolted on the folding tips. The metal is soft and I sawed it with a hand saw, and drilling was straightforward. You'd need longer bolts than the woodcraft supplied bolts.
Of course I removed the levers to this, and put them in a vice.
