Changed starter bit bike still won't start

Hey guys,
So I changed the starter over the weekend and the bike can't seem to fire up. The fuel pump is making the sound once you turn the bike on and the new starter is working and trying to turn over the bike but it's not catching. I do have a fuel modulator on the bike. Don't know if that's the reason.
Any thoughts ?

Battery is fine, the bike wants to start but it won't fire up.

Could also be the starter clutch. Heard of them going in rare cases.

Or the valves as mentioned above.

Should fire right up. I had a bit of chugging as the fuel lines were empty. Mine sounds like a diesel freighter firing up now. Very loud. Very strong.

Sounds like the same problem I'm having. Did you get it started and how??

Check the horizontal cylinder spark plug to make sure it's getting power. If it started and/or was rough, it would point to one cylinder having an issue. But since it's not firing up at all, I'd check electrical and fuel. This has happened to me when I thought I still had some gas in the tank lol...could also be a clogged fuel filter. I would also check the inside of your tank with a flashlight to make sure it's clean. There's also a possibility an electrical connection came loose or was not plugged back after the starter swap.

I thought this was a new thread. It's really a bummer when people ask for help, but don't update their post!
