Most people purchase a mounting kit from Clearwater and mount the smaller lights to the brake caliper, fender or forks. While easier to go with the flow, I chose to keep the lights with the sprung weight of the bike, mounting them like the Clearwater mount for the GS.
To do this I purchased steel from Home Depot and had it bent at my local welder.
Clearwater has a similar mount set-up available.
Most LED light source their components, if not the whole light, from China. Lights you can purchase far cheaper direct thru AliExpress. If you want a top quality and performing product Clearwater is the American option.
There are plenty of 4X4 LED lighting options too. I use them on my 4X4. This option is poorly suited for the look of the Ducati, and most motorcycles.
Clearwater is designed by Glen, a serious motorcycle guy. Made very well and designed to last.

If you were to actually see the capabilities of the Clearwater LED lights, you too would have no doubt that their prices were well worth it.
