No, most of them are strada's tuned with SP wheels etc. Second part are Motards.
Look at Hypermotard Club - forum - tuning and you will find most of them! White one is nickname is Brighe79 hyperstrada 821. For the first bike with the SP decals, like my bike will be, search for Hyperstrada SP on the same site.

Dude, is it just ****** res web images or does plastidip dry really evenly? I can't believe the rattle can jobs I've seen.

Unfortunately I haven't seen plastidip in person yet but from the pics it looks great. Once it warms up here a bit I think I am going to try it on a few things.

It does dry evenly. The reason the subframe on mine is not smooth is because the supports are textured. The plasti-dip will mimic any texture underneath it.

amazing stuff. Wish it was around before I painted some wheels few years ago.

I think it will be a better option to go with some hydrographics (water transfer painting) instead of the plastic stuff.
I heard it will take more beating and more heat than plastic.

They are doing some pretty amazing stuff with hydro graphics, but I'm sure it would be 5X the cost. If you just want a flat black, PlastiDip can be done in a basement or garage with a $20 can

next week they (professional) are going to place the SP decals.
Stickerset :

Picked up my bike this evening. Much sportier and better in live.

Looks good. Luckily they didn't de-tune the Strada, so a real SP probably couldn't beat you in a drag race.

Why you think that Hyperstrada will be faster as SP?

The engine in the Strada and SP are identical in every way in a drag race they should be the same if they were the same weight.

Awe come on.. The SP has carbon timing covers (which are lighter), Magnesium rocker covers (which again are lighter).. However mechanically internal to the engine are identical. Plus you get some fancy forged wheels... Which might or might not weight less.

However all those ounces saved by the carbon and magnesium are probably negated by the 50mm Marzocchi forks and all the extra metal in the triple tree..

So yeah, a drag race would be similar... But that SP could technically out corner just by lean angle alone due to the ride height versus the strada.

I stopped on a country road yesterday and tried a couple drag strip launches. 2 results:

1. A little rear wheel spin and fish-tailing before it hooked up and went

2. Front wheel aimed at the sky

These were in Sport mode; DTC-1, ABS-1; about 4K rpm and aggressive release of clutch. I had all my weight over the front end, maybe not so much on the wheelie launch. Didn't try Touring/ Med pwr. I get really clean launches with just normal feather of clutch and pinning the throttle once fully disengaged but, tend to get that slight wallow in the low rpm range.

The fish-tail launch was friggin awesome. I'd love to play around and duplicate but I do remember that screwing around like this normally resulted with me dumping my bike and scrubbing gravel out of my skin when I was younger.

Wouldn't it be really simple for them to make a launch control feature with all the fly-by-wire tech? Granted, not very useful on this bike but I'd definitely use it when I could.

that decal set does look bad ***...I wonder how much it would cost to have a professional put them on.
