Hello folks,

I do post on here and read a lot of the comments. I ride a Skyhook Multi and a Hyper SP.

I have started a channel for my Multistrada and Hypermotad SP.

Riding around London etc, I made it because I have 2 Full system Termis fitted and they just sounded so great I wanted to share them with people who might like the same as me.

I have put quite a bit of effort in these, for entertainment. As The Hyperstrada is my cousin I thought you may enjoy them.

If you have a moment please take a look.

Hey there buddy ;) :D

Superb man. I've been in the US for many years, miss the old country. The videos of the Hyper through London are great (nice commentry too). Keep up the good work man.

Of course I did. Need my fix till I pick her up in 3 weeks! Have too many parts to install, getting anxious!

These are my reworked ones from last year. I'll be adding new content once I have the last few it upload.

Also Drag, Don't upload them all at once, schedule them per week so you can spread the content around.

Oh thanks for the YouTube upload advice.

These are all old videos for me. So I'm getting my channel back to how it was previously but with a new style etc.

Once I have got these uploaded. I can start uploading new content and it's backing up!

Better take thy video with the cyclist offline dude....I don't think that the video is good for you ;-)

Excellent solidarity between bikers here. What an interesting username too. I guess you are not even a biker.

So. I'm curious. How would you go about exactly reporting something like this. I always thought you would have to actually go into a police station and file a report. So that's go to the police station, fill in a 4 page report, with diagrams, and names of the people or registrations. Hmm wait a minute you don't have any of these right.

Troll or not, thought I might toss in my small contribution, also Didnt see the vids.

Solidarity is a good thing, except when it applies to actual bad things actually caused by bikers. If we don't self-police, then legislators would start to over-police us. Again, Didnt see your vid, so don't know the full context, but it is something to keep in mind.

As for reporting, police these days are HUGE into social media investigations. We had some guys charged and convinced in British Columbia of dangerous driving (criminal code offense) based on YouTube uploads. Couldn't see anything more than a dash and speedometer of their vehicle, yet with eyewitness testimony and the details in the video it was enough detail to pursue. Your internet presence is big enough, especially as an uploader, to be easily tracked with the right tools. Police only need a valid tip (and a video of an incident occurring would be valid) and they can pursue. Of course, the likelihood of them doing this depends on the victims desire to prosecute. So, as a content creator, be very aware of what you upload and how your portray yourself.

Consider that my act of solidarity to you, and any other uploader, giving you knowledge to avoid trouble :)

Yes this is very true I agree with you fully.

It's all moot. While I can't really speak for British law, in the US, if there is a cop on scene and the "victim" is being berated by that cop for doing something stupid and against the law (talking on a cell phone while riding a bike on active roadway)- case closed.

Now, it would also be very likely that guy on the bike would seek damages for his injuries and repairs, possibly via insurance companies. In that case, the video would save you again.

Im going to keep the video private and check it with somebody before I ever use it as evidence. Also, I am not going to go into detail on an open forum of what happened as that would be an admission as well.

Anyway, Please have a look at the channel, its got some great positive and hopefully entertaining videos up now.

So hows that posting a video of yourself deliberately driving into someone doing absolutely nothing wrong then lying through your back teeth about going then?

You're a terrible driver and shouldn't be on the road

How exactly is that poor guy supposed to do anything about an ***** driving into the back of him? What the **** has him having a phone got to do with it?
