It's a good idea to keep it as evidence, as it definitely show how you choose not to avoid a collision despite being taught otherwise, like other decent motorists.
I hope nobody points out that solidarity with someone that causes an accident makes you as much of a muggy **** as the muggy **** that caused the accident.

I look forward to seeing how that would pan out. Presenting evidence of deliberately driving into the back of someone as your case for the defence takes a special kind of person.
Dude, you're like the muppets who steal money then spread it out on their bed and take a photo of it and post it on facetube. There was no reason for you to steer into the cyclist, the cyclist was doing nothing wrong, there is no law against using a mobile, the cyclist was riding straight. Why did you do that? Do you want to hurt people?

Also on facebook group cycling pages... Motorcyclists 100% in the wrong. Mobile in hand or not, he was in his lane and cycling straight (it's not illegal for cyclist to use mobiles... yet). Then he has the balls to lecture the guy after hitting him. Massive ****.

I do have to agree with the cyclists, not sure what DD was thinking, there was no gap for him to filter through, quite why he thought posting that to youtube would help his case I've no idea!

To purposely collide with a human being, just because you can't ride as fast as you want on the congested streets of London makes you ripe for the sand pit.
To endanger someone on a push bike - especially as a motor cyclist, just to teach them a lesson?
To 'teach' whilst not being in full knowledge of the law i.e. cycling whilst on the phone is not illegal thus he'd done nothing wrong marks you out as a terrible father. (I hope the fact hasn't been lost on anyone that despite being on the phone he was riding a straight line and was very predictable.)
To be so deluded and stupid as to post it on the internet like you're doing a public service makes me scared that your seed managed to breed.
But please do report how it feels to have someone close to you hit by a machine controlled by a know nothing bully, please, I really want to know.

The bit that really marks you out as a bully is that I see countless drivers on the phone daily pushing 2tonnes≤ of metal, daily with little action from the police. Tell us: Do you ride into motorists to teach them a lesson, too?

street hype and phantom phart are taking this way to far, I've watched a few of his other videos and this is the first real act of aggression I've really seen. And it's not hard to do, get cut off a couple times by motorist on a cell an you're not in you're normal frame of mind see a cyclist on a cell and you try to buzz him. I don't think he was trying to injure anyone so cut him some slack. Cause trying to hang phantomfighter and judge him as a bad guy while in you're normal frame of mind behind a computer is way worse in my opinion.
