Ok , took delivery of my 939 last Tuesday, but due to appauling weather here in Manchester, I couldn't get her out until Sunday, for a thorough maiden voyage !

I cannot believe how this thing picks it feet up ! I know my Diavel had bucket loads of torque, but this thing spins up and propels you forward at a serious rate of knots when you twist the throttle !
It is so light and steers so easily and precisely, miles apart from the air cooled 1100 Hypermotard I had a few years back.
I only did around 70 miles over a couple of hours, with a mixture of sweeping A roads, dual carriageways, single track, and a little motorway.
Handled brilliant, everywhere.
Personally I find the riding position extremely comfortable, I actually described the bike to one of my mates as ` a very comfy motorcross bike with loads of power`.... and the ability to tour !
I am so glad I swapped my Diavel for this !
