Seems these are no longer available anywhere :( Vendors that have them advertised don’t in fact have them in stock. Pyramid Plastics advise they are not available. Anybody got one that they want to part with or know of an alternative that fits nicely. Thanks.

I've got a CF one like that on mine. Pretty sure it would have been me that bought it, though I can't find a receipt. I think there'd be a market for these if someone produced them on a limited basis, even if they were just ABS plastic or GFRP. Naked Ducatis are ridiculous for their lack of engine protection, but I guess they aren't meant to be ridden on dirty roads! Have you looked on the Italian parts market?

Yeah, have been scouring the interweb - lots of dead ends. I’ve asked Pyramid if they could make a one off for me - they must have to mould for it. I had one on my previous HS until the adhesive let go and it fell off. I like to explore gravel or dirt roads too and the engine gets filthy. If I find one I’ll rivet or bolt it on this time! Cheers.

Came here searching for one.
I can't see any other bikes with similar profile front mudguard either.

I wonder how many orders Pyramid would need to make another batch? Perhaps someone who wants one should ask them.

Yep, have already asked them if they would make more. They must have the mould to do so presumably.... :)

I only ever wanted one for the rear and/or chain guard. These are personally the only areas that sling crap up my back. Do you guys off road or something?

Yes :D well gravel and dirt roads anyway and when they are damp or wet the headers, radiators and front of the engine get covered in crap thanks to the minimalist form over function front guard.

British roads and weather are just like off-roading sometimes:).

I'm trying to reduce the brown sludge deposited up the radiator after a typical journey.

For the rear I find the stock license plate position doing most of the work but I am looking to go this route. If it's good enough for a GS.

I know Rizoma stopped making them but I think I could make something similar.

Sounds like you just need a dual-sport for the bad weather and can keep the Hyper shiny for the good days. Dual-sports look their best with a coat of dirt on them anyway :-D

I've always like the look of those and it would help with my ENORMOUS Italian license plate; however, I can see that uses the hub tensioner pinch bolts and I just don't think that's smart. The torque spec and handling of those makes me cautious.

-That did cross my mind, Gatdammit.
I wondered if that is why they were discontinued by Rizoma.(?)

In 'theory' it should torque down through the bracket as though it's just a washer under the bolt.
but I agree it is not smartest place to mount something.
