Horn not working?

Hey all- I hope nobody minds that I have been posting a lot lately. But where else would I find such informative answers about the hyperstrada??

Anyways, as some of you may know, I've been getting the bike back on the road after not riding her last year. Everything seems fine... but I noticed today that the horn doesn't work. It definitely worked the last time I rode (late 2016). She's been stored in my garage (not heated). All of the other electrical stuff seems fine. Although, I have not checked all of the signal lights/brake lights, but I will. Headlight def works. Everything on dash seems fine.

1) Any likely culprits?

2) What can I check first?

My mechanical knowledge is fairly limited. However, I do have a buddy who is a bit more knowledge than me who often helps me with stuff.

So checked it today. It works...

I did wash the bike a few days ago (around when I said it was not working). I'm pretty careful about how I spray the bike. Not jet stream, etc. But maybe something to wet and it has since dried?? Not sure.

I think something like this would make sense given how I shamefully did not ride her for so long. Thanks again!
