MelcoDiag JPdiag questions for Hyperstrada

I want to read/clear errors and reset oil/Desmo warning on my Hyperstrada. I am ok with not being able to do TPS. So far I got a Lonelec KL1 module and a re-pinned Fiat 3 pins connector but I am not able to get it working with JPdiag28. With Guzzidiag, I can connect to my Strada using the California 1400 option and got info from the Strada. Is there anyone that got the 3 pins and have perform the procedures mentioned above?

Or should I stop and get a ELM327 v1.4 module and the 4 pins Canbus connector.

According to the JPdiag forum. There were report of the Melcodiag SW being able to reset oil and desmo warning. Can anyone confirm? By the way, I am assuming the port shown in the picture is the Canbus diagnostic port.

Thanks.

I could reset oil and desmo service with the Melcodiag connected to the 4 pin port. That’s all. Until now Melcodiag doesn’t support resetting the TPS for the 7sm ECU.
Using the right FTDI chipset is a must for this procedure. I use the one from Lonelec.
Download the latest version of Melcodiag as there was some updates lately.

Thanks Bruno. I guess I need to get a new ELM327 module with the FTDI chip and a 4 pins cable. Unfortunately Lonelec is currently out of the MelcoDiag cable kit. Just being able to reset the oil and desmo service is good for me.
