Overfilled oil a little...how much before its a problem?

Hi so just did a mid service Oil Change on my 2014 821 HS.

(thanks for the tutorial by the way, RSL!)

Somehow I'm between MAX and the top of the window.

Not sure the Tolerance level between those points?

Should I drain some out somehow? Clear syringe or something?

Or is it just a few ounces?
