Hi guys. I need your help. My vertical engine oxygen sensor is dead right after install the rapidbike evo. I try to look another one in ebay but cant really find one. A seller selling a 821 OS and said it also good for 939. I bought 2 and it at my door after 1month and a half. Then i found out the connection is diffirent. I managed to pull it out. My question is do it go the same order as 939 one?
821 one: violet white grey black
939: white white grey black

You can wire it, someone on here figured out (for me) how to wire up a monster 821 sensor as well. There are also cheap ones on eBay (presumably from China) that appear to work fine.

Hi man i know but i too curious to wire it. Is it the same order as 939 . I got mine from autoparts. Around 63 each

The wire for 939 goes as the same 821. While doing it i see someone sell the same one for 939 on a rsrv 2016. i read someone 2 heaters wire,+ then -. The bike run smooth now. No delay in thottle together with rapidbike evo. I am so happy. Spend 140 usd for 2 oxygen sensors.

The 821 and 939 use different O2 lambda sensors. The values are also different for the range they are reading. Some 939 sensors came with an exhaust I bought. I tried to use them and they didn't work. As mentioned above there are 2 heater wires and 2 sensor/data wires. I found some reasonably priced 821 sensors on Amazon and they have been working great. I have never looked for the 939 sensors though.
Larger one is 939, smaller is 821. color change between the two as well but a pinout is available for pretty much anything20210603_111710_resize_93.jpg20210603_111750_resize_19.jpg

I have so many pictures but when i post it said oversize.
I wire a rapidbike to my bike (939) the vertical os fail later the horizontal one. I changed 2 to 821 o.s ( would be the same as you found in amazon ) the first trip after that. My bike change so much, better acceleration,no hesitation, less backfire. But it took me alot of time because the connections of 821 o.s are smaller.

When the job almost done i find out the hypermotard 939 using the same o.s as aprilia rsv4 2016 (NTK bb001 or something, you can see it in the tip of 939 o.s )

How did you wire it? Which were the sensor wires and which were the heater wires? I have read of people I stalling wide band sensors in place of these OEM narrow band sensors with good results as well. I couldn't get good readings when I installed the 939 sensors in my 821. By "good readings" I'm referring to when the Rapidbike is telling me in the auto correct mode. Every value was -5, to me this indicated that the sensor values were different than the 821 and there for calling for a constant -5 correction.

For my files, I downloaded "lit photo" app and compress every pic by 50%. This usually lets me post pics quickly but sometimes it still says a pic is too big.

The wire order going like this: 821 V W(heater) G+ B-. 939 is W W(heater) G+ B-. Maybe diffirent for me i change 2 at the same time. It fixed the on off thottle at low speed and help acceleraton below 7000 rpm. Should do more ride before conclusion.

Anyway 821 has good supply of o.s online. For me i cant find anywhere new instead ducati oem part that will cost me 226£. I try to find used oem exhaust system too,but the o.s stick to it maybe old, maybe it won't work. I look up the manual, wires going as the same order for hm 821 2013 to hm 939 2017. Mine is 2017.
