Hello Gang,
I am a prior Ducati owner (5yrs ago) of both the Diavel and Xdiavel. If I remember correctly, out of 15 bikes I owned, those two were the most problematic I ever owned. I looking into getting into adventure riding but I don't want to spend a whole lot. I'm 5'8" with 31 inseam so the HS has enough horsepower and comfort for a guy my size. My only concern is the stall issues couple with the fact that I will have to fork out money for a new starter and timing belt service. The bike I'm looking at is a 2015 with 16k miles and priced at $6900.
I have a Duc dealer near my house but they move like pond water. Pretty much any service done there will have the bike in the shop for 3wks or a month. I def love the performance that comes with a Ducati but the maintenance could be painful at times.
