Top case key block

Hi,
I just bought a Semi rigid top case for my Hyperstrada but unfortunately when installing it I couldn't find the key block (I) that's supposed to come together. I'm in Vietnam. Please advise if you have any idea of where and how to get it. Thanks a lot

Not sure about the Asian market, but here in the US the bike comes with a third lock, part 1 you've indicated, and it is keyed to the bike so it's the same lock as the rest of the bike. When I got my bike I had to go back to the dealer to get the 2nd key, the extra lock (key block), manual, etc.

Perhaps you should ask the dealer you got the bike from.
 
+1 mine came in the bag with my spare key and owners Manuel's when I bought the bike, it doesn't come with the top case.
