Up map question

Good evening guys.

Bought myself a 2013 strada a few days ago and loving it. It came with the full termi system on it, is there any way of me telling if the Up map that came with the exhaust was installed? As previous owner wasn't sure either as he wasn't the first owner.
Cheers

Not 100% positive on this, but IIRC from reading somewhere on the interwebs, if you have standard tuning, dash will read 'Hyperstrada' when you turn the ignition on, and if you have the up-map, it will read something different.

A few members here have the full termi - maybe they can correct me if I'm wrong.

Mine has the Termi end can, fitted from new by the dealer, but doesn't appear to have had the map loaded as the dash still reads Hyperstrada on start up.

Does the map make much difference that I need to follow it up with the dealer ?

If you have the termi slip on, and not the full exhaust, there is no upmap.

According to my UK manual there is - 01 map for the silencer kit (02 for the full kit), and the dash should then read Hyperstrada Performance (as opposed to Hyperstrada Racing for the full kit)

I have the slip on, it didn't come with a map. It's possible a dealer in a state that allows such things might have access to it and can apply it. Not happening for me in Cali.
