What is this noise?

Not noticed this noise before?

Repeats every 2min 20 seconds, +/-5 seconds.

Happens key in or out, kill switch on or off.

I can't test it with the key in lock position as the bike is on the center stand right now.

Is this normal?

I think it's the tank venting pressure. There's a little valve that acts like the reed in a musical instrument, making that quack noise. If you fill with cold fuel and it sits over a hot engine, it expands, in the worst case leaking fuel down the overflow. Don't know if you have the carbon canister to absorb vapours on yours, but that might be involved too.

It's the gas tank vent. It's very common on our bikes. I think it's fun and funny listening to it moo. It will happen more when the tank is low and it's hot out.

I had just reflashed the ECU, I was worried there was a bug causing a motor to run, or something.

When you say "reflashed" what do you mean? Upmap, t800, rexxer or other?
