Wild Moto Camping in Ireland

Awesome effort! Who would have thought a Hyper could do that? No-one but you, I think!
I'm amazed that the clutch and the low revs of the motor coped. How much easier it could have been with some off-road tyres, but massive respect to you!

The edit would have hidden this but I think total distance was about 1km / took about 15mins so it wasn't too bad on the engine. tyres are not a problem providing no cornering is involved and the mud isn't too deep.
Protip: set the preload on the rear to the hardest to give it a bit more ground clearance which is especially needed with the 15+ kg of cargo on the back. The first thing to touch down in my experience is the center stand as as can be seen in the vid when it's beached on a tuft of long grass. The main thing I feared is getting stuck somewhere where I could not physically recover it from and if for whatever reason I had to leave in the night it wouldn't really be safe to do so riding in the dark. TBH I wouldn't have attempted this if I wasn't getting a video out of it.

Watched this earlier, great video and fair play for tackling the off road!

What camera setup did you use on the bike, go pro? If so, which one, and do you have an external mic?

Also, what's the sticker kit on yours, look really good? I'm thinking about one for mine as I'm 3 years in and want to refresh the bike or else I'll probably sell it but other than a Multi there is nothing else I'd probably get!

Cheers Jim

Thanks .. lots of idea for videos but not much time to execute the ideas! camera is a gopro hero7 black with the media mod and a 3.5mm mic inside the helmet.

The graphics kits you can find on ebay, they're a bit tricky to apply perfectly as the fairings are not that flat
