How would you rate your 698 against the SXVs? Cool bikes. I wish Aprilia had a better dealer network and more offerings in North America. I saw an SX 125 the other day - cute little 4-stroke urban beater motard, but not available on our side of the pond.

The 698 is about 50 pounds heavier, but handles like a lighter bike.
The 698 engine is super smooth for a single. Similar to the 550 twin, but the 698 definitely pulls harder.
I enjoyed my SXV's, but really dig the 698 on a short road course.

I’m just guessing here, a monster or panigale wheel would probably bolt up with the right combination of spacers. You’d be the first to try it if you buy a wheel and test fit it yourself, I don’t think anyone else has done this yet the bikes are still too new.
The sprocket carrier is the same across different Ducati models, the brake caliper bracket is the same as the scrambler models, the axel is most likely the same diameter as other Ducati bikes. You would just need to measure everything and maybe use some custom spacers. Try it and post pictures for us

Are we just talking bragging rights here, as in I've got a fatter tyre than you? I can't imagine a 698 single has got sufficient power to need extra rubber and most commentators say a narrower tyre gives much quicker responses.
Doesnt the aprilia rims fit your 698 ducati ?
Btw you can fit a 200 tyre on the 5.5x17" rear aprilia sxv rim.

scrambler hubs/wheels are a 5.5 with a 180 rear tyre..
i have a scrambler hub on mine - but i chose to to have an oem 5j rear spoke rim built
as usual all videos on my channel
