Might be worth having a sticky thread for people to post the official My Ducati recall notices. I’ll start with the first two I’ve got.

How do I find the TSB for this recall? Mine doesn't need it or had it done.
 
Info I provided here was found by “registering” my bike with Ducati and logging into the My Ducati site - https://my.ducati.com/MyDucati/MyDucati_Login

Perhaps your dealer’s service department can assist you with more details?

I’m sure you can get this same content from the Ducati App on any mobile device, but I have too many entities exploiting me as it is.
 
Just got back from the dealership for the recall. Apparently there are three items - depending on how early/late the bike was manufactured. Mine in a ‘25 my so it just needed the updated seat grommets and not the chain guide or the handlebar mods.
 
I logged in and see the same 2 recalls. Any idea what the first recall is?
 
The three recalls are handlebars, chain guide and seat grommets. Depending on when your bike was built it could need all three or just one.
 
Maybe they’re waiting till people start using them again when it warms up to see if they can get away with just doing the ones that fail soon(er)…💰💰💰💰😤
 
Are they new handle bars and chain guide? What are they doing exactly during the recalls?
 
Had no issues on my bike so far - haven't been in for any recall work yet.. but replaced the seat grommets with KTM ones and job done
 
My dealer is still waiting for the parts to arrive before they can perform the recalls.
 
Picked mine up in late May 2024, and these are the recalls the website is currently showing. Haven't heard from the dealer yet, AFAIK, but the season is just starting.

No visible issues with the bike, however, other than the poor low RPM fueling (with the dealer Termi + flash).

I talked to the dealer today mine needs the seat grommets which I think is CR279 and mine needs CR278 the chain guide which is replacing the chain guide that warps around the front of the swingarm just behind the front sprocket apparently the new one is wider to compensate for a slack change being able to have enough play to get off the guide and run agains the swingarm.
