Looks great, Kimi. Using the handguard brackets seems to work fine! Good clearance, no tipover damage potential. I'll try that.

Ha ha just found these on fleabay - eight bucks for the pair, free shipping. 8 mm threads. They should do the job...no reducer bushings needed, and they're even black.

I like cheap when it's appropriate. I only wanted marker lights, so I bought a pair of 10W, 800 lumen units from Omotor on fleabay. They are under $40 right now, free shipping from Hong Kong. Mine arrived in one week!

Dang Kimi, Malaysia makes you run that ugly front number plate? Even the UK gave that up years ago.

Cool. Kimi.

Can you post a picture of the light throw? How much did you spend on the denali?

Did you buy from the shop who did installation for you?

I can always ride up to malaysia

I feel like I've been ripped off - those mounts are now 99 cents a pair! Still free shipping, too. Gat, this should appeal to you...

Thanks Zippy!

But eBay payment process is such a pain in the ***. I get my card refused 8 time out of 9. Screw them.

I gave up on using my credit card for Paypal a couple of years ago. Instead, I set up a sub account at our bank that has no overdraft link to our main accounts. I keep the balance very low. When I want to buy something I go online, transfer enough to cover it, and the checkout process is easy.

A lot of online shops accept Paypal, too. I've heard some horror stories about problems with disputes, so this is how I cover my butt. So far, so good.

My eBay account was hijacked once, but I was glad I only use credit card. I've had a couple fraud cases with my credit card over the years and it's very comforting knowing I just dispute the charge and it gets handled behind the scenes.

Having to get new cards sucks, as I'm practically a cash-less consumer.
