A Few Mods

I gave up on using my credit card for Paypal a couple of years ago. Instead, I set up a sub account at our bank that has no overdraft link to our main accounts. I keep the balance very low. When I want to buy something I go online, transfer enough to cover it, and the checkout process is easy.

A lot of online shops accept Paypal, too. I've heard some horror stories about problems with disputes, so this is how I cover my butt. So far, so good.

The only site which has problem so far is ebay. I'll probably just shut my membership. I'm fed up with these clowns.

I feel like I've been ripped off - those mounts are now 99 cents a pair! Still free shipping, too. Gat, this should appeal to you...

Today Fixed up the heal tech gear indicator. Works beautifully! The wires and stuff have been designed for the bike. No extension needed!

Dang, sorry about that. I got my set, and they certainly match the price...not exactly high end fittings.

I have a pair left, anyone want them? They are a bit funky. Send me five bucks (my cost plus a buck for shipping) via Paypal and they are yours (offer good in the US only).

I would have to set this up, as I have never sold anything online. PM me your email; first come, first served.

Hmm, might be some Canadian thing. I've never had a problem. But many sellers won't ship out of country. Years ago I bought a bunch of alternators for a friend in B.C. because of this. He was making e-start kits for old bikes.

FYI, I believe the battery hold down strap is routed incorrectly it goes between the battery and the engine control unit.

Since I haven't been able to ride for a few days thought I would make use of my time.
So installed by Tourtech rear rack, from my Multistrada, Denali D2 lights and SW Motech brackets, from my Multistrada and got rid of the EVAP cannister.
Pics;

Very little room under the seat!

Hiding wires was an adventure in and of itself!

As you can see it looks close however there is plenty of clearance.

Any questions feel free to ask.
